When you join
If you join as a new or recent graduate, we start you on a package comprising:
a basic salary around $60,000
20 days paid vacation plus 8 public holidays
health insurance
Relocation allowances are available for people moving into the area.
After 6 Months
Within 6 months, if you have risen to the challenge, your package should be in the region of $80,000 plus the benefits.
On top of this, we make a contribution of up to 3% of basic salary on a matching basis into your own retirement savings plan, and there is also a discretionary Christmas bonus in most years.
A year later
About 18 months after joining, if your progress continues to be good, your package should be at least $100,000 plus the benefits.
When you are on an assignment some distance from the office, then all accommodation and subsistence costs are covered.
