We aim to recruit the very best graduates and the salary packages that we offer reflect this.

• When you join
  
  
If you join as a new or recent graduate, we start you on a package of £33,000 comprising:
• a basic salary of £28,000
• a car allowance of £5,040 (or you can opt for a company car instead) (*)

In addition, we pay a relocation allowance of up to £1000 to people moving into the area.


• After 6 Months
  
  
Within 6 months, assuming normal progress, you should be on:
• a basic of at least £34,000
• a bonus of about £5,300
• a car allowance of £5,040 (or you can opt for a company car instead) (*)
• a contribution of up to 5% of basic salary on a matching basis into your own personal pension scheme
making a total package of at least £46,000, and there is also a discretionary Christmas bonus in most years.

(*) The car allowance is paid conditional upon you providing and maintaining a car to business standards.

When you are on an assignment some distance from the office, then all accommodation and subsistence costs are covered.
