Application Procedure
In order to apply, you need: Fluency in English is, of course, essential. In your application, please provide as much detail as possible about exams taken and grades achieved.

You do not need to join us straight from university. Many of our consultants have also joined us with widely varying amounts of work experience. However, you do need to satisfy the criteria listed above. No amount of work experience will cause us to ignore the vitally important academic requirements listed.

Please tell us where you first saw our recruitment advertising.

We do not acknowledge applications but you should receive a response within 3 weeks of applying. Please do not call us to enquire about the status of your application, since it will not possible for us to finds yours amongst the hundreds that we will be processing.

If more than 3 weeks have passed since you applied and you have not heard anything, then please accept our apologies (This is a very rare occurrence). In this event, please email usrecruit@customersystems.com telling us a) your name b) your address c) roughly when you applied d) how you sent in your application.

Please note that, for applicants who do not succeed in getting through to interview with us, we do not provide feedback as to why. We have far too many CVs to process, and to answer the queries of one person and not another would be unfair. By applying to us, you are agreeing that you understand this.
