To apply, please send your CV, together with a covering letter, to us via one of the following methods:

If you have an e-mail address, please let us know it. We will use it to contact you if we require further information in order to process your application.
We do not acknowledge applications but you should receive a response within 3 weeks of applying. Please do not call us to enquire about the status of your application, since it will not possible for us to finds yours amongst the hundreds that we will be processing.
If more than 3 weeks have passed since you applied and you have not heard anything, then please accept our apologies (This is a very rare occurrence). In this event, please email recruitment@customersystems.com telling us a) your name b) your address c) roughly when you applied d) how you sent in your application.
Please note that, for applicants who do not succeed in getting through to interview with us, we do not provide feedback as to why. We have far too many CVs to process, and to answer the queries of one person and not another would be unfair. By applying to us, you are agreeing that you understand this.
