Application Procedure

In order to apply, you need:

a 2:1 or better in a numerate discipline from a reputable institution (or equivalent if you studied outside of the UK). If you have not yet graduated, you need a reasonable expectation of a suitable degree
3 A levels at grade A or B in serious subjects (or equivalent if you studied outside of the UK)
some exposure to programming. You need to have convinced yourself that you have a natural flair for it, although it is not necessary to have done a huge amount
the presentability, articulacy and presence for customer and prospect contact
enthusiasm, determination and a sense of "mission"
self-reliance and a willingness to travel both within the UK and internationally
any sort of professional work experience, e.g. an industrial placement, is a distinct advantage

In your application, please provide as much detail as possible about exams taken and grades achieved.

You do not need to join us straight from university. Many of our consultants have also joined us with widely varying amounts of work experience. However, you do need to satisfy the criteria listed above. No amount of work experience will cause us to ignore the vitally important academic requirements listed.

We do apply for work permits for successful applicants on occasions, where necessary, but, for this to be possible, your CV must be very strong, and the chances of a successful work permit application must be good.
Current regulations make this much more likely to succeed if you have, or expect to get, a UK university degree. In addition, it must be practical for us to interview you in the UK or New Jersey.
