Customer Systems is a highly specialised implementation consulting, training, support and software products firm operating alongside suppliers of leading application software packages. We specialise in customer relationship management systems. Our particular areas of expertise are in the Siebel CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application software available from Oracle Corporation , including Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (formerly Siebel Analytics) and in the Actuate information delivery tools embedded in Siebel and other software products. The largest component of our business is implementing and customising the Siebel suite of CRM software.

We are frequently called in to replace other consulting firms (especially Siebel-implementation consulting firms) that are inadequately skilled or too expensive. We have been called in a number of times to perform "rescue" missions on implementations that have gone awry. We hope that our customers' comments on our abilities below speak for themselves. 19% of the latest worldwide customer list in the Siebel annual report have used our services. Through extensive experience, we have the expertise needed to deliver pervasive business intelligence at all levels of an organisation quickly and effectively with Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition. Formerly Siebel Analytics, this product is the core of Oracle's new business intelligence product set. We develop and deliver a number of training courses from the introductory level up to highly advanced "Masterclass" level in the products in which we have accumulated unique expertise. We have also recently begun offering a support service for Siebel customers whereby we keep a copy of their Siebel configuration running live in our offices, keep our support staff familiar with it and provide telephone support for problem resolution. We have technology to allow reporting systems accessing a Siebel database to be presented through a "Report Despatcher" interface which means that the addition of a new report does not require the issuance of new Siebel configuration (srf) files to all production environments, and to all remote clients. Our "Report Accelerator" product can increase the performance of certain Actuate reports in Siebel by a factor of anything up to 200 while preserving Siebel access security and the context of the current Siebel query if required. We can also supply technology to interface Siebel to various reporting and analytical tools like Excel, Access,Cognos etc through the Siebel Business Component layer. Our HQ is in Chertsey, Surrey, UK but we operate throughout Europe and the USA and further afield.
Our work has, so far, encompassed 29 countries in 4 continents, with the majority in Europe and the north eastern USA. Our US headquarters is in Iselin, New Jersey. We are actively recruiting graduate trainees in the UK and US for immediate starts or later (eg when your current course ends).
