Customer Systems is a highly specialised IT consulting organisation operating in the area of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. This software handles the front-office interactions that an organisation has with its customers and prospects. One classic example of a CRM system is the software that runs a call-centre.

Our input is to implement and customise packaged CRM software for specific clients, to provide training for people who want skills in customisation and to provide helpdesk support services for clients that already have CRM systems installed. We have also begun to develop products of our own which enhance the standard functionality of packaged CRM software.

Customer Systems was founded in Febuary 1998 and commenced supplying services in July 1998. The company has been consistently profitable every month from August 1998 onwards.
