Why are our courses different?

• The tutors are all experienced Siebel, Actuate and Siebel Analytics configuration consultants who have implemented the relevant product in real-life customer situations.
• We restrict the tutor:delegate ratio to a maximum 1:6 so that the tutor can spend a substantial amount of time working with each delegate on an individual basis.
• The courses are hands-on, with delegates having the opportunity to configure a large number of different situations that are all based on real cases we have encountered in the field.
• Instead of step by step exercises, where no real understanding is required to succeed, the exercises in the courses require delegates to demonstrate a deep comprehension of the subject matter.

By the end of the course, not only will delegates be comfortable with configuring particular situations, but they will have a full understanding of the underlying concepts so that they will be able to quickly extend their own knowledge in the future.
