Why are our courses different?

The tutors are all experienced Siebel, Siebel Reports, Siebel Analytics, OBIEE and Actuate configuration consultants, business analysts and project managers who have implemented the relevant product in real-life customer situations.
We restrict the tutor:delegate ratio to a maximum 1:6 so that the tutor can spend a substantial amount of time working with each delegate on an individual basis.
Our developer courses are hands-on, with delegates having the opportunity to configure a large number of different situations that are all based on real cases we have encountered in the field.
Instead of step by step exercises, where no real understanding is required to succeed, the exercises in the courses require delegates to demonstrate a deep comprehension of the subject matter.
Our aim is to provide delegates with a full understanding of the underlying concepts - not rote solutions to "textbook" problems - so that they will be able to quickly extend their own knowledge in the future.
