This government body required legal documents with a very precise format to be produced from within Siebel. They were introducing a system of self registration online. After the online element applications were approved by assessors which led to the production of legal certificates and letters. These documents were produced for every location and for every regulated activity by clicking a button within Siebel, as well as being stored within the Siebel file system.

In 2 weeks templates were created from the business provided design documents, uploaded to BI Publisher Enterprise and configured for use from Siebel. The letters and certificates have been fully approved by the legal team, and the client has decided to increase the scope of the project to create additional document templates.
