We have worked with every version of OBIEE (often called Siebel Analytics when the primary data source is Siebel)
and its predecessor applications since 2001. Upgrades to OBIEE 11g are a current speciality. We have implemented many
deployments ranging from small releases for a few users, completed in a matter of days, to major enterprise deployments
involving multiple countries and releases over a number of years. There is little that can occur on an OBIEE project
that we have not encountered somewhere before.

All of our consultants have deep knowledge of the four core technical areas of an OBIEE deployment:
- Data warehouse design
- Informatica ETL design and development (assuming a BI Application is being used), including DAC configuration
- RPD design and development

Equally, they all know the functionality contained in the pre-built Oracle BI Applications and how to maximise your ROI on the
pre-built functionality.
Through our Siebel heritage, we have particular expertise and knowledge with CRM Analytics including
knowledge about how the data is sourced in Siebel. We have also successfully completed many projects based on ERP Analytics or where no Analytical Application is in use.

Every project is different and every customer has different in house skills. Therefore, the role that we perform varies from
customer to customer. As well as running complete new implementation projects, specific project functions that we often take on include:
- Requirements gathering and application design
- Technical leadership of in house teams
- Building the most challenging parts of the application, especially the ETL and the logical RPD layer
- Upgrades - technology and BI Applications
- Performance enhancements – both in ETL and at report runtime
